One return process, across our collection

Élan Levant is your seller and your point of contact for cancellations, returns and product issues, even when a partner dispatches your order. This policy applies to consumer purchases delivered in the European Union. Supplier policies do not reduce your statutory rights.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For several goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, this period starts after receipt of the last good. The statutory exceptions below apply. Where required by law, a deadline ending on a weekend or public holiday extends to the next working day.

Tell us by an unequivocal statement, for example by emailing ufukgur@peradelft.nl. Include your order number and the items concerned if available. You may use the optional form below, but it is not compulsory. Sending your withdrawal notice before the deadline is sufficient; your right does not depend on our approval.

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before that period expires. Contact us promptly for practical instructions; waiting for our response does not remove your right to use the return address below.

This is our default return address for all brands. Do not send items to a supplier or to the dispatch address on a parcel unless we give you specific instructions. If we offer an alternative partner return route, we will explain how it works; you may still use our Delft address. Items from different suppliers can be returned together to our Delft address, with your order details enclosed. Please retain proof of dispatch.

Return postage and condition

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you arrange and pay the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a free return label for these returns. No restocking or administration fee applies. Any return-postage deduction for an optional label will be disclosed and agreed in advance.

You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose, where permitted by law. Please return accessories, tags and branded packaging where possible and pack the goods securely. Missing original packaging or a removed tag does not by itself automatically extinguish your statutory withdrawal right.

Orders placed before October 18, 2026 remain subject to any more favourable return-postage promise given when purchased, including any applicable free-return promise. This update does not reduce rights or benefits already agreed for earlier orders.

Refunds

We reimburse payments due without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you supply evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first, unless we have offered to collect them.

For withdrawal from the whole order, the refund includes the price paid and the original standard delivery charge. We do not refund the additional cost of a more expensive delivery option chosen instead of our least expensive standard delivery. For a partial return, we refund the returned items and any delivery amount required by applicable law; delivery charges attributable to items you keep are not automatically refunded.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. We do not require you to accept store credit. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the payment. A partner's reimbursement schedule does not extend our statutory refund deadline.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods

Contact ufukgur@peradelft.nl with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it, but are not a condition that removes your legal rights. Please report transit damage promptly so we can investigate with the partner and carrier; a supplier's shorter reporting deadline does not limit your statutory rights.

Élan Levant arranges and pays the necessary return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Contact us to arrange a prepaid label or another cost-free method. You have the remedies required by law, including repair or replacement free of charge and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund. The EU legal guarantee is at least two years, and national law may provide longer protection. A manufacturer's commercial warranty does not replace these rights.

Limited statutory exceptions

The change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as an item engraved to your instructions. A standard catalogue item being produced after ordering does not by itself make it personalised.

For genuinely sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory exception may apply after their seal is broken, where the legal conditions are satisfied and this was disclosed before purchase. Earrings and sale items are not automatically excluded simply because of their category or discount. These exceptions do not remove rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. We will try to stop dispatch, but cannot guarantee a parcel can be intercepted. Dispatch does not remove any applicable withdrawal right. For a different size or item, contact us about availability; a return and new order may be needed.
